Can I pick up the products purchased in the store?
All products purchased at the Black Pepper & Basil online store can be collected in person at the physical store in Campo de Ourique, upon presentation of the proof of order used to make the purchase and a valid identification document.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
In the rare event of receiving a damaged order, we ask that the damages be clearly identified and described on the delivery note. Both the delivery note and the order should be returned to the carrier. After this step, please contact us immediately so we can begin the product replacement process.
If it is not possible to check the condition of the order upon delivery, please contact Black Pepper & Basil as soon as possible after opening the package and discovering the damage.
