  • 1. Online Sales Conditions

    • All alcoholic products and beverages may only be purchased by individuals over the age of 18 or the legal age for consuming alcoholic beverages in their country of residence.
    • Any and all sales will only be processed after payment has been received.
    • All images on this website, whether product images, promotional images or otherwise, are merely illustrative and the products for sale may differ from those represented by them.
    • Promotions available in the online store may not be available in the physical store and vice versa.
  • 2. Shipping and Payments

    • Shipments are made throughout the national territory and, when applicable, abroad.

    If you receive a defective product, you should refuse the order and inform the carrier.

    In cases of manufacturing defects, Black Pepper and Basil will replace the product after verification and investigation by the manufacturer.

    A refund, when applicable, will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

  • 6. Warranty Policy

    • All marketed products are subject to the applicable legal warranty.
    • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from improper use or natural wear and tear.
    • To activate the warranty, the customer must provide the invoice and report the issue via email or phone.
    • Black Pepper and Basil will forward the product for manufacturer analysis, and if the defect is confirmed, it will proceed with a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
