It has intense and deep aromas with good complexity, where the very ripe red and black berries combine perfectly with the floral notes that confer the elegance of this wine. Spices such as vanilla and pepper also fine-tune their aroma. In the tasting reveals a soft attack, being a red wine emboded with fine and silky tannins well wrapped by the fruit.
For the production of Valle Pradinhos Reserva was developed the total desengace of the grapes followed by fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily reassemblies. It aged in oak barrels for 18 months, being a wine not filtered or stabilized by cold so it can create deposit.
