Description

Finally, a perfect foaming device for cuisine, which enables you to obtain homogenous, stable foams and airs within seconds.

You can easily create small amounts - without using a blender. Choose either continuous work or precise instantaneous movements. Simply dissolve a portion of soy lecithin or another foaming agent, such as BUBBLE SOLUCTION (ref. MTB1%c000125) in a liquid and pour the mixture into a tall and narrow container.

Introduce the Foam Kit nozzle until it is fully submerged. The foam will start to form within few seconds. Turn on and off by pushing the button and stay in total control of your production.

Work anywhere. with no plugs or cables, as the device is operated by two 1.5V LR20 batteries, guaranteeing more than 96h of uninterrupted work.
