Hendrick’s Absinthe reimagines a classic spirit with a contemporary, light and refreshing approach, designed for modern mixology. Created by Lesley Gracie, the master distiller behind the botanical experiments at the Hendrick’s Gin Palace, this absinthe combines traditional botanicals such as star anise and wormwood with the brand’s distinctive character, including its signature notes of rose and cucumber. At 48% ABV, it offers a more approachable and versatile interpretation of absinthe, retaining its aromatic identity and a profile particularly suited to cocktail creation. It is a spirit with a personality of its own: unmistakably Hendrick’s, but categorically not gin.
