Silky texture, aromatic complexity (berries, dried fruits and wood) and striking and prolonged finish. The grapes, selected for their high acidity and low sugar content, are the origin of a light and balanced wine, subjected to 2 distillations and, subsequently, to an ageing in French oak casks, with the final batch having an average age of 12 years of stage.
