Algebra Decaf is an extra dry coffee liqueur made with just three natural ingredients: carefully decaffeinated coffee, quality rum, and cane sugar. With only 100?g/L of sugar – the legal minimum for a liqueur – it lets the true flavour of coffee take the spotlight.
The coffee is sourced from a growers' cooperative in the Jaén region of Peru and is decaffeinated using a gentle, natural process that relies solely on water and CO2 – with no chemicals involved. It is then roasted by Coffee Roasters in Yorkshire, ensuring a rich and aromatic profile, entirely caffeine-free.
