The SOC Chef Gum Arabic is a natural texturizer of vegetable origin (extracted from acacia), widely used in pastry, confectionery, gelato, and beverages. Recognized for its stabilizing, emulsifying, and protective properties, it improves the stability, flexibility, and finish of preparations.

Main uses:
- Dissolve in cold aqueous media to create shiny glazes and coatings.
- Acts as a waterproofing agent for biscuits, cookies, and crisp baked products.
- Helps wrap and protect flavors and aromas, prolonging their intensity.
- Ideal for increasing the stability of emulsions and textures in various recipes.
