Description

Pertencente à Casa mais antiga de Champagne do Mundo, Ruinart Blanc des Blancs é composto por 100% Chardonnay de vários anos (20% a 25% dos quais são vinhos reserva dos 2 anos anteriores). Conhecido pela sua Frescura Aromática, a grande maioria das uvas Chardonnay provêm de vinhas Premiers Crus de Côte des Blancs e Montagne de Reims, para uma maior "finesse" aromática, complementado por uvas de Sézannais conhecidasm pela sua capacidade de evolução.

Por último, estão tambem presentes neste blend uvas do norte do Vale Vesle dão um toque leve e fresco. Ao nível de vinificação: colheita feita à mão. Fermentação em tanques de aço inoxidável com temperatura regulada. Fermentação maloláctica completa. Apenas 9 gramas de açucar por litro, é o verdadeiro champanhe Brut.

Nota de Prova

Cor amarela pálida dourada com reflexos verdes suaves, uma cor vibrante, luminosa. Efervescência ativa e libertação persistente. Um segundo aroma muito fino e floral, com notas de flores brancas e frutas brancas (pêssego branco, abacaxi). Um primeiro sabor de boca macio, harmonioso, muito arredondado. Uma vinosidade que não é excessiva, suportada pela sua excelente frescura.

Suggestions

Use a glass with a more open and rounded body, like Borgogna. Pour the champagne gently until half the glass is filled.
