Description

The history of this brand born from the ban. It was the year 1900 when a huge order of spirits was made by the USA to Portugal.

The production took place and the bottles were all sent to their destination. Shortly thereafter the Prohibition era of 1920 began and many of them were returned to Portugal.

The bottles did not return to the United States and the company decided to change the name from of the drink "Carvalho, Ribeiro & Ferreira" to "1920" in honor of this peculiar beginning.
