Description

Belonging to the oldest Champagne house in the world, Ruinart Rosé consists of a base of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In the majority, only grapes classified as Premiers Crus are used, with 20% to 25% coming from reserves from the previous 2 years. Its composition is 45% Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards, and 55% Pinot Noir grapes from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne vineyards, 18% to 19% of which are made in red.

At the level of winemaking: harvest done by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regulated temperature. Complete malolactic fermentation. Only 9 grams of sugar per liter is the real Brut champagne.
