Description

Belonging to the oldest Champagne house in the world, the R Ruinart signature wine comprises 40% Chardonnay, 40% to 45% Pinot Noir and 10% to 15% Pinot Meunier. Between 25% to 30% of the wines used in this blend are reserve wines from the previous two years. Fresh and balanced, it is the perfect champagne for an aperitif but it can also be used for "pairing" in light and refreshing entrees.

At the level of winemaking: harvest done by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regulated temperature. Complete malolactic fermentation. Only 9 grams of sugar per liter is the real Brut champagne.
