Description

The Telmont Réserve Brut is the authentic expression of the tradition of one of the most respected houses in the Champagne region, founded in 1912. Produced from grapes grown in sustainably managed vineyards and crafted by winemaker Bertrand Lhôpital, this champagne reflects elegance, freshness, and a deep commitment to nature. A refined sparkling wine, perfect for celebrating unique moments.

Nota de Prova

Color: Bright straw yellow, with fine and persistent bubbles.

Aroma: Seductive bouquet, with notes of green apple, fresh pear, white flowers, and delicate hints of brioche and almonds.

Palate: Creamy and well-balanced, combining citrus freshness with a refined structure and a long, elegant finish.

Suggestions

Excellent as an aperitif to start celebrations, it pairs perfectly with oysters, seafood, fish carpaccios, and sushi. It also harmonizes surprisingly well with creamy cheeses (such as brie or camembert) and light poultry dishes.

It should be served chilled enough to preserve freshness and highlight the liveliness of the bubbles, but not excessively so as to mask the aromas: between 6 and 8ºC.
