Cinzano is a vermouth created in Italy in 1757, the result of the union of wine, alcohol, sugar and an infusion of herbs and spices, among which absinthe stands out.

Cinzano Rosso is known throughout the world as “the vermouth from Turin.” Its deep red color is due to the infusion of a rich bouquet of herbs and spices of high quality.

It is a perfect ingredient for cocktails, thanks to its characteristic light but persistent aftertaste. It can be served plain or with a little soda.
