Description

No Mistake was one of the many sobriquets given to gin as noted by Charles Dickens. When it was time to think up a name for our new Old Tom Gin, “No Mistake” was a no-brainer. As an Old Tom gin in the 19th century would’ve been stored in wooden barrels, Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom uses the aged Citadelle Réserve as its base and then adds an aged Caribbean sugar syrup. No Mistake is then aged in casksfor several months in order to obtain a perfect integration of all the elements.
