Description

Gin Exceptional Acácia Edition stands out for its distinctive aromatic composition, combining carefully selected botanicals, including Portuguese ingredients and more exotic elements. Its 20 botanicals include lemongrass, lavender, Portuguese broom (carqueja), hibiscus, bay leaf, Azorean pineapple, Algarve orange, lime, sea purslane (salicornia), star anise, coriander seeds, ginger, tonka bean, goji berries, Madagascar cinnamon, black cardamom, juniper, camellia flower, acacia flower and sea lettuce.

Its production combines botanical maceration and infusion with careful distillation in a 50-litre copper still fitted with a six-level reflux column. This process produces a highly pure distillate while preserving the richness and subtlety of the botanicals. The result is a gin with a fresh, mineral and delicately spiced profile, in which citrus and floral notes combine with hints of ripe fruit and vanilla.
