Description

Isle of Harris Gin is a handcrafted gin produced in small batches at the distillery on the Isle of Harris, in Scotland’s Outer Hebrides. Its distinctive maritime character comes from the use of Sugar Kelp seaweed, sustainably hand-harvested from local sea lochs, combined with eight carefully selected botanicals: juniper, coriander seeds, cubebs, cassia bark, angelica root, bitter orange peel, orris root and liquorice root. Distilled in a small traditional copper still, only the purest heart of the distillation is bottled, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, elegant and complex gin.
