Monkey 47 Distiller's Cut 2025 is a limited-edition release celebrating Monkey 47's relentless search for the elusive 48th botanical. For the 2025 edition, the distillery travelled to the Camargue in southern France to source handcrafted Fleur de Sel, harvested from the region's historic salt marshes. Integrated into Monkey 47's meticulous maceration and distillation process, this rare ingredient adds a delicate mineral and saline character to the gin's iconic botanical complexity, creating an elegant and truly distinctive expression.
