Description

This unique gin is the result of a distillation of grapes with a set of 14 herbs, fruits and spices, all aged in barrels of ex-Cognac.
This gin reveals an original balance between the texture of a spirit drink, the richness of the botanicals and the complexity of maturation in oak.
Launched in limited numbers, with each batch presenting its own flavor as a result of aging in barrels.

Nota de Prova

Frescura trazida por aromas complexos de zimbro e especiarias. Notas distantes de rancio, um resquício do envelhecimento em barrica de carvalho. Na boca é fresco e vivo, cheio de especiarias (cardamomo, pimentão) e frutas (bergamota, ameixa). Final macio e persistente com notas de baunilha.
