7 years after the development of the original Sharish Gin recipe, came the idea to create a version of what Sharish would have looked like if Distiller António Cuco had decided to create it in 2021, with all the knowledge about botanicals and distillation accumulated since 2014.
The original botanists were, in essence, retained. However, the orange and lemon were replaced by Tangerine, Bergamot and Kaffir Lima. Some of the distiller's favorite aromas and flavors have been added: Cidreira, Cardamomo and Orange Blossom. The result was a more classic gin, with greater dryness and more complex, in a mix of citrus, floral and fruity notes.
