This limited edition celebrates the most Portuguese pear - the Pear Rock - while retaining the basis of the Original Sharish Gin. After the success of the 2014 and 2015 editions, a new version of Gin was distilled with new botanicals: juniper, coriander seeds, rock pear, orange peel, tangerine and lemon from Alentejo, lemon balm, tangerine leaf, lavender, elderflower, cloves, germanic iris, licorice, angelica root, laurel seeds and Alentejo almond.

From the 2021 harvest, were produced 9999 bottles.
