Terra-Mãe is a tribute to the birthplace of this unique sour cherry liqueur, embodying ties and affection with the Serra da Estrela, transformed into nectar over the years. The land gave us the fruit, and we responded with the creation of a Reserve Ginja, patiently crafted—from the maceration and infusion of the cherries to aging for two years in French oak barrels that previously held Scottish whisky and Douro wine. This ginja offers body and complexity, with a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness enhanced by wood notes, infused with the spirit of the Scottish Highlands, harmonizing beautifully with our magnificent Serra da Estrela.
