La Fée Parisienne Absinthe is a classic Absinthe Supérieure, distilled with 100% natural ingredients in collaboration with Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the French Absinthe Museum. With its color derived from macerated herbs and distilled in France, it features Grand Absinthe (Artemisia absinthium) as the central ingredient and a classic strength of 68% ABV.

Made with three artemisia plants — Grand and Petit Absinthe and Genepi — along with green and star anise, fennel, hyssop, and coriander, La Fée Parisienne is produced using the artisanal technique of separate distillation of the nine botanicals, ensuring consistency, delicacy, and high-quality flavor.

This more labor-intensive and detailed method allows the classic absinthe to be replicated with precision, preserving the delicate balance of aromas and flavors that makes every sip a unique experience.
