The Lagar de Baixo Red Wine is born from Dirk Niepoort’s passion for the Baga grape and the unique terroir of the Bairrada region. Crafted from a blend of very old vines and younger vineyards in the Cantanhede area, this wine reflects a classic and authentic style that honours the nobility of Baga. Elegant yet structured, it combines complexity with freshness, resulting in a serious wine with youthful energy and character.
