Vintage Tardia Draft by Quinta de Santiago is a wine made with grapes of the Alvarinho grape variety harvested late, with noble rot, being aged in used old barricades. Its fermentation is done naturally through indigenous yeasts after decanting, where its natural acidity makes it fresh and long.
