A liqueur that combines gastronomy and mixology, the union of two worlds and techniques of a pre-Hispanic Mexico through a handmade recipe of chef Roberto Ruiz, to smoke, dry, cure and turn jalapeño pepper into Chipotle. Jalapeño pepper seeds are native to Mexico, planted and grown in an organic garden in spain's Segovia region for 8 months.

Chili Chipotle is macerated in alcohol with 5 botanicals: citrus peels, cinnamon, cocoa, allspice, thyme and then aged in aged oak barrels.The perfect balance of a liquid kitchen: a Chilean chipotle liqueur.
