100ml Baileys Strawberry
100g Cream Cheese
150ml Double Cream
180g Chopped strawberries, and extra slices to garnish
70g Crumbled Shortbread

PREPARATION:
1.Beat the Baileys Strawberry with the cream cheese until smooth.
2.Whip the cream and add to the mixture, along with the strawberries. Fold together.
3.Crumble the biscuits into two glasses. Add the strawberries and cream mixture. Top with strawberries and chill for 30 mins.
