Description

Liqueur made from the maceration of ginger roots balanced by a touch of vanilla, orange flower water and coriander. This liqueur truly plays on the contrasts of fire (spices), sweetness (sugar), power (alcohol), and lightness (freshness of the acidity).

COR: Amarelo palha.

AROMA: No nariz, equilíbrio entre o poder do gengibre e os coentros, a doçura da baunilha, e a vivacidade da flor de laranjeira.

APERITIVO

INGREDIENTS:
30 ml Tequila
30 ml Giffard Liqueur Ginger of the Indies
30 ml Aperol or other Italian bitter liqueur

PREPARATION:
1.Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass
2.Ice up 2/3 of the mixing glass with cubed ice
3.Stir with a barspoon for 15 to 20 seconds
4.Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
5.Garnish & serve
