Bozal Sacrificio Jamón Ibérico is an artisanal Mexican mezcal made from a blend of Espadín, Mexicano and Tobasiche agave, bringing together the aromatic diversity of three distinct varieties. Inspired by an ancient ceremonial tradition of mezcaleros, it is produced in small batches and undergoes a second distillation with seasoned pork, aromatic herbs, spices and seasonal fruits. This distinctive method creates an unusual profile in which citrus and tropical notes meet savoury and floral nuances, resulting in a mezcal with a gastronomic character and a distinctive personality.

Nota de Prova

Colour: Clear and crystalline.

Aroma: Fresh and expressive, with citrus notes of lime and grapefruit, complemented by tropical hints of banana and delicate herbaceous and floral nuances.

Palate: Full-bodied and unctuous, with citrus and tropical flavours, savoury notes and a delicate floral touch reminiscent of hibiscus. The combination of agave varieties adds herbaceous and earthy depth.

Finish: Lingering, with herbaceous and mineral notes.
