Produced out of 100% agave Espadín, it’s a very well-balanced young mezcal, with subtle smoky hints. Perfect for those that want to discover well-crafted Mexican goods.

INGREDIENTS:
45ml Mezcal San Cosme
22,5ml Triple sec
22,5ml Fresh lime juice
5ml Agave syrup
Salt

PREPARATION:
1. Moisten the outer rim of your old fashioned glass with a lime and salt.
2. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
3. Strain the margarita into a glass filled with ice.
4. Decorate it with a slice of lemon.
