Description

Mezcal Unión El Viejo is a Mexican mezcal produced in Oaxaca using a combination of cultivated Espadín agave and wild Tobalá agave. The latter is a rarer variety that contributes a distinctive texture and flavour profile to the spirit. Crafted through the collaboration of mezcal-producing families, it reflects the artisanal traditions of the region and the diversity of its agave varieties.

Aroma: Characteristic notes of cooked agave, with herbaceous and vegetal nuances.

Palate: Complex and expressive, with flavours of cooked agave, earthy and herbaceous nuances, and a rich texture characteristic of the combination of Espadín and Tobalá agave.

Finish: Lingering, with vegetal and earthy notes.

Suggestions
