This Moscatel Wine Reserve 10 Years Venâncio da Costa Lima Rubrica was produced with short fermentation in contact with films, interrupted by the addition of selected wine brandy. Macerated occurs in a period between 5 or 6 months, achieving a complete extraction of aromas and flavors. It is then transferred and its masses pressed.
