Description

Produced 100% with the Moscatel de Setúbal variety of vineyards mostly located in the Arrábida mountain range, facing north. This location, protected by the mountains of the warm winds of the south, gives very slow maturations, giving grapes with very good natural acidity and intense fruity aromas.

After a short fermentation, stop by the addition of wine brandy, and a period of maceration of the wine with the films of the grape over the winter following the harvest, follows a stage of two years in half barrels of oak used.
