The Aguacente Bagaceira "SÃO DOMINGOS" is made with fresh pomace that comes from red grapes, vinified by the tanning process. This distinct selection of pomace, as well as the careful process of steam distillation, made in copper stills, allows to obtain a product of exceptional quality, recognized by the most demanding consumer, with the revealing flavor and aroma of the raw material: the bagaço (pomace brandy).
