Porto Ferreira Dona Antonia Reserva Tawny is a reserve Port wine created in honour of Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, the charismatic woman who dedicated her entire life to the Douro and Port wine, leaving behind a legacy of exception and values of quality and excellence that established Porto Ferreira as the greatest symbol of the Portuguese soul.

Nota de Prova

Red colour with tones of brick. Its aroma is intense and rich, with nuances of extremely ripe fruit such as plums, floral notes and spices such as cinnamon, and dried fruits, resulting from ageing by oxidation in oak. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine, with soft tannins, integrated acidity, notes of ripe red fruits and spices, with an elegant finish and great persistence.

Suggestions

It is a very versatile Port that pairs excellently with a wide variety of cheeses and desserts such as egg custards, sponge cake and pastries. Served slightly chilled, it is very good on its own and goes well with various aperitifs. Serve directly from the original bottle. Recommended temperature: 12ºC a 14ºC. Advisable within 2 months in an opened bottle.
