This Purple Moscatel Wine Venâncio da Costa Lima Rubrica was produced with short fermentation in contact with films, interrupted by the addition of selected wine brandy. Macerated occurs in a period between 5 or 6 months, achieving a complete extraction of aromas and flavors. It is then transferred and its masses pressed.
