Vermute Di Torino is produced according to Giulio Cocchi's original recipe. It falls into the category of sweet vermouth and high-quality vermouths.

The original recipe involves the use of herbs such as cinchona and rhubarb that slightly tise vermouth with the amber color. To accentuate its tone, golden brown sugar and caramel cream are added, also adding a special note to its flavor: crunchy notes and cotton candy that round all its bitter flavors.
