This minimal intervention Palhete wine is produced at Herdade das Assentes de Baixo, from carefully hand-picked white and red grapes. Sourced from traditional Alentejo varieties, it is co-fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees, preserving all its freshness and authenticity.

Nota de Prova

It presents intense and vibrant aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry, redcurrant, cherry, and sour cherry. On the palate, it is captivating and full of freshness, with excellent fruit expression and an acidity that makes it light and food-friendly. The finish is elegant, with great persistence.
