The Bioma Red is a wine produced exclusively with grapes from our vineyards at Quinta de Nápoles, where we practice organic viticulture, certified by SATIVA. Grapes from young vines, around 25 years old, were used, and the aim was to intervene as little as possible throughout the entire winemaking process. Aging took place in old wooden vats recovered from Port Wine casks, with the goal of obtaining a pure wine, without wood influence, but with firm and elegant tannins.
