Red wine Castello D´Alba Reserva is produced from grapes from vines planted in the Douro Superior, with an average altitude of 300 meters from vineyards with an average age of about 20 years, usually planted in terraces with predominant exposure East / North.

Are selected the best grapes that allow the production of a concentrated wine, very aromatic and rich with good structure, with gastronomic character that represents well the "terroir" of the Douro Superior, with its notes of esteva and black fruits and very elegant spices.
