A light red with the soul of a white — fresh, surprising, and full of character.

Crafted from an unusual blend of red and white grape varieties — Alfrocheiro (50%), Touriga Nacional (40%), and Encruzado (10%) — Elpenor Palhete is an organic wine made with minimal intervention, breaking conventions and inviting exploration.

Signed by winemaker Nuno Bastos, this wine pays tribute to the traditional Portuguese “palhete” style in a modern expression, unfiltered and spontaneously fermented, where respect for nature takes center stage.
