Fitapreta Iluminista Red is a tribute to the authenticity of Alentejo, crafted exclusively from indigenous grape varieties of the region. The first edition was released in 2007, based on emblematic varieties such as Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, and Trincadeira. Over time, the project began incorporating lesser-known but highly valuable grapes from old vines, such as Castelão, Moreto, Alfrochei

Nota de Prova

Deep violet color. Intense nose of fresh black fruits with hints of dried herbs. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, with notes of toffee and a finish revealing firm, rounded tannins.

Suggestions

Pairs well with grilled red meats and oven-baked dishes. Store at 12-14ºC, serve at 16ºC, and drink at 18ºC.
