Description

Paço dos Infantes Red Wine is produced in the Alentejo region, in the Vidigueira sub-region, from Aragonez (40%), Alicante Bouschet (30%), Trincadeira (20%) and Touriga Nacional (10%) grape varieties. It displays an intense, concentrated ruby colour and an aromatic profile dominated by fresh wild berries, harmoniously integrated with toasted and spicy notes from barrel ageing. On the palate, it reveals good body and volume, with rich fruit flavours and a persistent finish. Partial ageing for nine months in used French oak barrels adds complexity and depth to the wine.
