Description

This red Ermelinda Freitas Reserve is produced from Touriga Nacional grapes that grown in vineyards in Fernando Pó, Palmela on sandy soil in mediterranean climate. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control and extended maceration.

The fermentations takes place in stainless steel vats, with temperature control and extended maceration. Then, matured for 12 months in half barrels of French and American oak.

AROMA: Aroma confitado a lembrar fruta preta muito madura e a compota, com toque floral ligeiro típico da casta.

PALADAR: Na boca é muito cheio, aveludado com taninos macios muito bem integrados.
