Description

Vale da Pia Red Wine is produced in Pocinho, in the Douro Superior sub-region, from Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Francesa grape varieties. Ruby red in colour, it displays concentrated aromas of red fruits and blue fruit. On the palate, it is rounded and harmonious, offering a well-balanced tasting experience. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the winemaking process includes cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. With an alcohol content of 14% ABV, it is a versatile choice to accompany a variety of dishes.
