Description

The Red Wine Valle Pradinhos Reserva is a cherry red wine from Trás-os-Montes region that is characterized by its emboded, sesame and highly balanced profile.

It has intense and deep aromas with good complexity, where the very ripe red and black berries combine perfectly with the floral notes that confer the elegance of this wine. Spices such as vanilla and pepper also fine-tune their aroma. In the tasting reveals a soft attack, being a red wine emboded with fine and silky tannins well wrapped by the fruit.

For the production of Valle Pradinhos Reserva was developed the total desengace of the grapes followed by fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily reassemblies. It aged in oak barrels for 18 months, being a wine not filtered or stabilized by cold so it can create deposit.

Nota de Prova

COR: Vermelho cereja.

AROMA: Intenso e elegante com excelente complexidade. Sobressaem os frutos do bosque, combinados com ligeiras notas florais. As especiarias como a baunilha e as pimentas afinam o seu aroma.

PALADAR: Ataque muito macio. Vinho encorpado com taninos finos e sedosos bem envolvidos pela fruta que conferem uma boa estrutura. Final persistente. Vinho de “terroir”.

Suggestions

Best served at a temperature between 16 ºC and 18 ºC.

Goes well with well-seasoned red meat dishes and matured sheep cheese.
