Description

Made from two specific vineyard plots, this red Xisto Ilimitado was vinified with little interventionist methods.

Stem fermentation was carried out by indigenous yeasts, in open wooden vats, from old port wine barrels. Its aging took place in used French oak barrels.

Nota de Prova

Trata-se de um vinho que apresenta aromas complexos, com notas de fruta fresca, baga de bosque e caruma, ligeira nota de fumo. Na boca é intenso e fresco, com grande profundidade, com acidez bem presente, mostrando uma estrutura sólida com tanino presente, vivo e equilibrado. O fim de boca é longo e persistente.
