Batch wine where the Alvarelhão grape variety is queen but well supported by Borraçal, Pedral and a little Vinhão. Grapes harvested manually in small boxes, with a large selection right on the vine, only the bunches being harvested in perfect ripeness and health condition. Total destemming. 48 hours of pre-fermentative maceration followed by direct pressing. Without tanning. Fermentation in stainless steel (1/3) and used French oak barrels (2/3). 6 months internship.
Artisanal wine, “carried on the lap” throughout its process, without haste or trampling respecting its own will with minimal oenological interventions, surgical and respecting the character of the wine.
