Description

The Palácio do Buçaco Rosé Wine is a true rarity in the world of Portuguese wines. Produced at the historic Palácio do Buçaco, north of Coimbra, it follows a traditional approach that gives it a distinctive character. Made exclusively from the Baga grape variety, it undergoes fermentation and ageing for six months in oak barrels on fine lees. It displays a copper-salmon hue and a remarkable structure that sets it apart from conventional rosé wines. With notable bottle-ageing potential, it is a gastronomic wine of great longevity, created for those who appreciate distinctive rosés made in a traditional style.
