Description

This Rosé Caminhos Cruzados is made from grapes of the Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro Preto varieties, desengadas and subject ed to gentle direct pressing and in pneumatic press, so as to extract little color, followed by cold decanting of the must obtained.

Alcoholic fermentation is done at a controlled temperature to about 16º C in stainless steel vats. About 20% of the lot aged 6 months in used French oak barrels.

COR: Salmão claro.

AROMA: Aroma a frutos vermelhos, ligeiramente tropical e um toque de mineralidade.

PALADAR: A boca é viva e fresca, com excelente volume equilibrado pela acidez.

FINAL: Final fino e persistente com enorme potencial gastronómico.

Suggestions

Pair with blue cheeses and soft cheeses, baked codfish, olives from Freixo de Espada à Cinta. Serve at a temperature between 16-18ºC.
